The International Committee of Military Medicine
Who are we?
The International Committee of Military Medicine is an intergovernmental organisation composed of the Chiefs of Military Medical Services of the armed forces of the member countries. From eight member countries in 1921, the ICMM now has almost 120 members.

On the strength of its Vision, Mission, and Values, the International Committee of Military Medicine promotes the exchange of knowledge and multidisciplinary experience in military medicine, regardless of political,
religious, or philosophical affiliation.

The International Committee of Military Medicine organizes scientific activities in the form of congresses, courses and workshops, and publishes a journal highlighting all the health-related professions of Military Medicine,
International Humanitarian Law and the International
Health Regulations (2005).
Applying the principles of “military medical diplomacy”, the ICMM encourages international contact between Military Medical Services worldwide.
